The stirring jacketed pot is an efficient equipment suitable for batch processing in multiple industries. I. Three Heating Methods Available

Gas Heating:

It is suitable for rapid heating and boiling of large batches of materials, such as batch braising of braised food and rapid boiling of sauces.

Electric Heating: 

Precise temperature control, clean and environmentally friendly, simple operation and no open flame. Suitable for scenarios with high environmental requirements and need for precise temperature control, such as boiling of traditional Chinese medicine ointments, preparation of fine sauces, and small central kitchens. It can meet the needs of refined processing such as low-temperature slow boiling and constant temperature heat preservation.

Steam Heating: 

Uniform heating, mild temperature and not easy to burn the pot. Suitable for large-scale food processing enterprises and central kitchens, and suitable for scenarios requiring long-term constant temperature heating and batch processing, such as can blanching, preserved fruit debittering, beverage sugar melting, and soup and meat boiling in large canteens.

Figure-Eight Stirring: The stirring trajectory is "figure-eight", with moderate stirring amplitude, uniform mixing and not easy to splash. Suitable for medium and low viscosity materials. Application scenarios include: beverage preparation, fruit juice mixing, clear soup boiling, small-scale sauce stirring (such as rice topping sauce), can material premixing. It can also be used for stirring and mixing low-viscosity liquid medicine in the pharmaceutical industry, balancing stirring efficiency and material integrity.

Vertical Planetary Stirring: The stirring arm is vertical, revolving and rotating around the center of the pot body, with no stirring dead angle and strong stirring force. Suitable for medium and high viscosity materials. Application scenarios include: boiling of thick sauces such as hot pot base, broad bean paste and chili sauce, sugar melting and stirring of candies such as peanut candy and sesame candy, and concentration of traditional Chinese medicine ointments. Planetary Bottom Stirring: The stirring device extends from the bottom of the pot, stirs close to the bottom of the pot, and has a good bottom scraping effect. Suitable for high viscosity and easy precipitation materials. Application scenarios include: boiling of high-concentration traditional Chinese medicine ointments and donkey-hide gelatin cakes, stirring of thick jam and minced meat fillings, and mixing of industrial chemical materials. It can completely solve the problems of material precipitation and pot burning at the bottom, and is suitable for refined processing with extremely high requirements for stirring uniformity.
